Ina Garten’s recipe is perfect for a breakfast potluck.
A few notes:
Make sure scones aren’t too high (in height), they will expand like crazy in the stove.
Make sure to follow directions regarding temperatures for glazing the scones.
The recipe makes a lot more glaze than the recipe needed.
I would double the recipe unless you’re making it for a one family sitting.
Freeze the extras and store them for later.
